Why is my stream not loading?

There are many reasons on why the stream is not loading. Here are few common ones.

• 1. The server is down.
  Solution: Change the server using the arrows.


• 2. Using incompatible devices or browsers.
  Solutions: Try a different device or browser. Update your browser or device OS.


• 3. Your ISP is blocking our server.
  Solution: Use a VPN or try a different internet connection.


• 4. You have a slow connection.
  Solution: Our streams change quality depending on your internet connection speed. However, in rare cases, if your internet is super slow then the stream will not load. To fix this, you must find a way to get a faster connection.
